Critically acclaimed Chef/Owner of the award winning Mozaic Restaurant Gastronomique, Chris Salans, is to host Ryan Clift, Chef Owner of top Singapore restaurant Tippling Club (Miele Award Top 20 in Asia & Drinks International ‘World’s 50 Best Bars’) for a very special 8 courses tasting menu that will take place on Saturday 25th October 2014 in The Dining Room at Mozaic Beachclub.
