Additionally, the World Coffee Roasting Championship and World Coffee in Good Spirits Championship will take place for the first time in China at HOTELEX Shanghai from March 29 to April 1, 2016. The competitions will attract national champions and participants from more than 60 countries, with HOTELEX 2015 tasked with the challenge of organizing the China division.
