2016 Forbes Travel Guide Ratings: Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at West Lake Earns Five Stars, Reflecting the Highest Level of Service
Forbes Travel Guide has unveiled its 58th annual Star Rating list, honouring Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at West Lake with the prestigious Five-Star Hotel Award. The top award recognises hotels as defined by Forbes to be the finest establishments in the world, delivering exceptional guest experience beyond expectations. Only 155 hotels globally and 10 hotels in mainland China were awarded the top Five Star ranking in 2016.
