63, Wax Museum reopens after undergoing renovations

A Wax Museum in 63 building , located in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, reopens after undergoing renovations. The museum’s Hall of Fame, where wax figures of historical icons were displayed, is now called the Hall of Superstars.

The museum allows its visitors to meet former Korean leaders such as Gimgu, Park Jeong Hee, and Kim Dae Jung. Wax figures of Einstein, Gandhi, and Beethoven can be seen in the Historical Figures section and David Beckham and Tiger Woods are among the famous figures in the Sports Star section. The museum also offers unique sections such as the Scary Gallery, Animation Zone, and more.

Aside from the exhibitions, the museum has various hands-on activities as well. Visitors can make their own hand-shaped wax sculptures in their color of choice at the Magic Hand Experience Zone and can get an oil painting of themselves in just 30 seconds.

63 CITY also holds different exhibitions simultaneously at different parts of the building, including 63 Sky Art and 63 Sea World.
