Expect a lavish selections of recipes such as the Double Boiled Fish Maw Soup with Papaya and Aloe Vera, Braised Fish Maw and Sea Cucumber with Yellow Superior Broth, Traditional Deep Fried Wrapped Chicken, Sliced Wok Seared Canadian Cod Fish with Preserved Vegetable and Wolfberry as well as Pan Fried Lamb Rack with Cumin and Chilli to name a few.
With a highly acclaimed and deserved background, Chef Michael Chew made his culinary debut in reputable restaurants before he chanced upon the opportunity to work in Brunei prior to his engagement with One World Hotel. From the rich experiences garnered from his past, he then was able to thrive and concoct myriad of innovative dishes, which he has therefore decided to share with connoisseurs throughout this month.
