Chef Chan of Zuan Yuan Chinese restaurant at One World Hotel is dishing out the restaurant’s best-loved specialties and all time favourite selection with his own blend of flavours that promises diner a memorable dining experience this August.

Some of the specialties throughout this promotion are the Garden Green with Crab Meat and Salad sauce, Pottage Chicken Soup with Vegetable and Chicken Meat Ball, Oven Baked and Pan Fried Lamb Rack with Mashed Pumpkin and Dried Shrimp, Beef Shank with Chinese Brown Sauce and Potato and Smoked Duck Breast with Long Cabbage in Saffron Sauce.

The Crispy Duckling with Chinese Herb, Stir Fried Eggplant in Sze Chuan style, Braised Egg Noodle with Assorted Seafood in Hock Kien style and Stir Fried Cod Fish with Salted Egg Yolk, Sweet Corn, Milk and Chilli are also great options to sample from the menu.

For a sumptuous finale, the culinary team is proud to present the Lemon Grass Jelly with Choy Sum Sorbet that will leave diner feeling satisfied and refreshed. Other tasty signature desserts not to be missed are the Chilled Avocado Paste with Cream Aloe Vera and the melt-in the mouth Double Boiled Pear with Osmanthus and Honey.
