THE LINE

From log cakes to savoury roasts, guests may select from a range of festive treats and handcrafted confectionaries available for takeaway from The Line Shop from 1 to 26 December 2016 from 11:00am to 8:00pm daily. Perfect for gatherings at home or as gifts for loved ones, highlights this year include Roasted Turkey with all the Trimmings (from 6.5kg) and Traditional Beef Wellington with Mushrooms and Foie Gras; new Log Cake flavours include Candied Chestnut and Mango and Passionfruit.

SHANG PALACE
Shang Palace’s Chef Steven Ng presents celebrations with a difference with a seven-course festive menu incorporating Christmas elements into classic Cantonese cuisine. Available on 24, 25 and 31 December 2016 and on 1 January 2017, the menu is priced at $158 per person and dishes include Braised Bird’s Nest with Chicken and Superior Broth, Stewed Lobster with Eggplant and Wagyu Fillet with Mushrooms.

 THE WATERFALL
Have an authentic Southern Italian celebration at Waterfall with festive highlights by Chef De Cuisine, Marco De Vincentis. Enjoy a six-course dinner medley comprising of traditional Italian dishes such as Roast Foie Gras and Topinambur, Fettucine with Capon Ragout, Procini Emulsion and Alba Truffle Air, and De Bresse Duck Breast with Purple Potato Crackers.
