Those dining late can test their senses with a champagne matched to Black Angus Scotch Fillet, Whole Lobster Tail or Poached Skull Island Prawns with their chosen vintage.

Keystone’s highly awarded Sommelier Sarah Limacher continues to impress with a list of first class Australian and international wines, while Group Bar Manager Jason Williams has developed thefinest cocktails reflecting very French and very-chic champagne inspired mélanges.

Gone is the notion of sipping champagne to solely mark a milestone or a special occasion, Champagne Room offers guests an insight into a twenty-first century bourgeoisie and gives every guest permission to drink champagne at any time of day.
