Chef Heng and his brilliant team have conjured an astounding culinary experience for its diners this April as Zuan Yuan Chinese Restaurant will be featuring a fruit-based set menu to perk up the taste buds with refreshing creations.

Astounding culinary experience awaits diners as Zuan Yuan Chinese Restaurant will be featuring a fruit-based set menu to perk up the taste buds this April.

 The 6 course meal is simply exquisite and tastefully done with Fried Cod Fish accompanied with Mango dressing and Fruit Salad as a palate teaser and Double Boiled Chicken Soup with Abalone, Snow Fungus and Papaya for starter.

The dexterous chef hikes up the fervour by extending a feast for all the senses with servings of the main course comprises of Deep Fried Prawn with Assorted Fruit followed with Fried Lamb with Celery, Lily Bulbs and Water Chestnut then continued with the Pineapple Fried Rice with Minced Fish.

For dessert, the nourishing and refreshing Double Boiled Snow Pear with Peach Jelly completes the gastronomical quest. Diners are bound to have a ball of a time and leave the restaurant with heaps of joy. A fruitful quest indeed!
