We know how much our guests love the authenticity of the classic sweet treats that are served daily in the resort’s breakfast outlet, Brasserie des Celebrites. Now, Grand Nikko Bali’s pastry Chef proudly presents an array of homemade watermelon, pineapple cinnamon and tomato ginger marmalades in a jar that can be purchased at Delicatessen Cafe.
Being in a country blessed with an abundance of tropical fruits all year round has inspired the resort’s Pastry Chef, Katarina Sari, to create a range of marmalades using local ingredients. These tasty condiments are served to complement the freshly baked breakfast pastries and breads that are available each morning for the pleasure of in-house guests.
It’s not easy to choose a favourite marmalade as each one has its own unique taste. The refreshing watermelon spread is bursting with summer flavour, while the sweet-and-sour combination of pineapple and cinnamon is really quite exotic. For something a little different, there is also a blend of fresh tomatoes that have been spiced up with a hint of ginger.
Bring a jar of tropical sweetness home as a reminder of your stay. Enjoy it on fresh bread in the morning for breakfast or with your afternoon tea delights. These signature marmalades are priced at just Rp 90.000 net per jar and they are exclusive to Grand Nikko Bali’s Delicatessen Cafe on the lobby level.
