Moonlight Cinema, presented by NAB comes to a close at the end of March. However, Australia’s favourite outdoor cinema is set to see out the season in style with a bumper program of films for its final month of screenings.

Taking place in lush parkland settings in SydneyMelbourneBrisbane and Perth, the March program features six advanced screenings, two special sing-a-long events, the summer’s biggest blockbusters and four fan favourite film screenings.

With a program bursting with advanced screenings, there’s something to suit any type of film-lover. See Nicole Kidman as you’ve never seen her before in the cop drama Destroyer; get freaked out by Jordan Peele’s Get Out follow up, US; pack the Kleenex and get ready to sob with the romantic tearjerker, Five Feet Apart; and gather the kids for the hotly anticipated sequel, The Lego Movie 2. Other advanced screenings in March include Hotel MumbaiSwimming with Men and Fighting with My Family.

Drink some hot tea and warm those vocal cords, Moonlight’s March program offers up two special sing-a-long screenings. Summer Nights won’t be the same after you settle down under the Blue Moon with a few of your favourite Hound Dogs for a sing-a-long screening of cult favourite Grease on Tuesday 5 March. To celebrate the end of a fantastic Moonlight season on Sunday 31 March, gather your mates for a sing-a-long screening of 2018’s biggest film, Bohemian Rhapsody.

There’s plenty of new release films getting the outdoor cinema experience in March at Moonlight. Catch Liam Neeson doing what he does best in the action film Cold Pursuit; get chills with the thriller Greta, starring Isabelle Huppert and Chloe Grace Moretz; follow all the scandal and drama in Hugh Jackman’s political bio-pic The Front Runner.

If you’re a fan of the classics, whether old or new, Moonlight Cinema has programed some of the biggest fan favourite films for its final month. Get hitched to everyone’s favourite Porpoise Spit resident in Muriel’s Wedding; fall in love all over again with 10 Things I Hate About You which celebrates 20 years since it first released; and see why Blank Panther deserves 7 Academy Award nominations.

A favourite amongst families, groups of friends and for that special date night, Moonlight Cinema brings the festival atmosphere to film watching. It’s more than a movie experience, it’s an opportunity to kick back in the outdoors and relish in the summer vibes.
