To celebrate Mid-autumn, Mandarin Orchard Singapore unveils an exquisite selection of mooncakes encased in a brand new packaging. Crafted to perfection by its award-winning culinary team, these delicate mooncakes will be available from 17 August to 24 September 2018.

Each baked mooncakes is tastefully presented in a custom designed carrier that features Mandarin Orchard Singapore’s iconic lattice pattern, accentuated by a motif of peony flowers in red foil stamping. Adding an auspicious touch is a decorative Chinese knot with tassel, also finished in a vibrant red colour to complement the exquisite packaging.

In the spotlight this year is the Limited Edition Mini Baked Mooncakes made using premium ingredients. The two flavours include Cempedak with White Lotus Paste and elegantly gold-dusted charcoal-skin Japanese Yuzu and Pistachio with Black Sesame Paste.

Back by popular demand is the brand’s signature baked mooncake with Mixed Nuts and Jamón Ibérico, which brings a delicious medley of sweet and savoury flavours with every bite.

Delight in snow skin favourites such as Lychee Martini and Chocolate, and Red Wine Cranberry Paste with Japanese Yuzu and Lemongrass. These delicately handmade and refreshingly innovative mooncakes are filled with creamy decadence that is sure to impress.

Ever popular in the classic selection of baked mooncakes is the Double Yolk and White Lotus Paste. This time-honoured flavour encompasses a generous filling of white lotus paste with two flavourful salted egg yolks, bounded by a thin golden brown pastry skin.

Those who enjoy a variety of classic flavours synonymous with the Mid-autumn Festival can opt for The Mandarin Collection. Each set comes with four different flavours which include Mixed Nuts and Jamón Ibérico, Double Yolk and White Lotus Paste, Macadamia Nuts and Low Sugar White Lotus Paste, and Azuki Red Bean Paste and Pine Nuts.

The Mid-autumn Collection is available at Mandarin Orchard Singapore’s Festive Counter at Level 1 Lobby from 17 August to 24 September 2018 from 11am to 7pm daily.
