The lounge at terminal 2F, dedicated to medium-haul flights, reopened its doors on Tuesday 6 September at Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport.
Recently refurbished after a summer of renovations, it now boasts a more contemporary atmosphere, an enhanced catering offer on renovated buffets as well as repainted bathroom facilities. A new range of furniture will complete this transformation as from 2017.
Customer services have also been completely redesigned. When they arrive, customers can use the interactive kiosks or contact the reception desk. Air France staff, equipped with digital tablets, are at their disposal to meet their requests.
In a few weeks, it will be the turn of the T2F1 lounge to have a makeover, pending the construction at Paris-Charles de Gaulle of a larger single lounge at T2F by 2019-20.
