July 12, 2014 Hotel News No Comments Email Email

It’s a challenging brief for a fitness venue to offer everything to appease not only the exercise aficionado but alsothe fun loving family, especially on the Island of the Gods. The recently renovated Canggu Club in Bali fits the bill perfectly.

Despite weather conditions and whether you are an early bird or a night owl, there are no excuses to waive the workout with opening hours from 6am to 10pm, seven days a week. Rain or sunshine, the gym offers every opportunity for exercise in air conditioned comfort. Previously encompassing only a gymnasium and aerobics room, the latest extensions at The Canggu Club have paved the way for three brand new, fully operational studios. Now members and guests have the option to enjoy yoga, cardio dance, step aerobics, power pump, spin, boxing, TRX and even a class to boost your booty!

A comprehensive fitness schedule offers classes from 7.30am to 5.30pm, 7 days a week. One of the only premier clubs in Bali to employ internationally trained, fully qualified instructors, Canggu Fitness has no less than seven full time trainers on hand to ensure you get the most from your workout, minimalising any risk of injury. If classes are not your thing and you prefer a different exercise regime, personal training and small group sessions can also be arranged for a more individual approach. A recently renovated, comprehensively equipped gymnasium offers the latest in brand new exercise equipment, all hygenically cleaned and maintained on a daily basis.

After the workout, patrons can take advantage of the mens and ladies locker rooms located in the lower level under the Fitness Centre. Freshly laundered towels are provided along with secure lockers for convenient storage of your gym gear and valuables whilst you shower. A sauna and steam room beckons, providing welcome relief to ease away any post workout aches and pains!

In addition to the variety of activities on offer at the Canggu Club Fitness Centre, there is also a 25 metre lap pool, large sports ground and three rebound ace floodlight, undercover   tennis courts.

Prior to the new Canggu Club’s extensive renovations, the fitness and tennis centres were only available for use by members and their respective guests. Now everyone’s welcome to use the Club facilities through the purchase of a day pass or weekly to monthly and longer membership options. Perfect for those staying on the island for limited periods of time, patrons are able to purchase these passes from the Club reception.

From fitness focused individuals who wish to weave a workout into their holiday routine, to families looking for a fun and friendly venue offering secure and structured activities to engage every age group, The Canggu Club Fitness Centre appears to have nailed the brief. Challenge accepted!
