Using the finest ingredients and complex spice blends to create a harmony of surprising flavors, Chef Park Young Min and Chef Bae Jong Hun will introduce diners to the fresh and flavorful world of their native cuisine with a showcase of timeless classics and contemporary interpretations.

The chefs’ extraordinary repertoire of irresistible food from the Korean kitchen will include highlights such as side dishes of fresh kimchi, oi-sobagi, stuffed cucumber kimchi, and bookuh che muchim, seasoned dried pollock. There will also be delights such as hae mul gyeojachae, an assorted cold plate of seafood with mustard sauce, and ojing-a muchim, fresh squid with vinegar salad and red pepper sauce.

Available at Orchid Café’s lunch and dinner buffets, the feast of Korea favorites will also feature heart-warming soup and porridge dishes such as sigumchi guk, spinach soup with bean paste and onion, and bam-juk, delicious chestnut porridge. Diners can also savor hoedeopbap, Korean-style sashimi on rice and vegetables, tasty nakji-bokkeum, stir fried baby octopus, kkotkgae maun bokkeum, spicy Korean crab with Gochujang red pepper, and more. At Orchid Café’s live station the two gifted chefs will cook dishes to order, including haemul-jeon, enticing Korean scallion, seafood and oyster pancakes, and succulent galbigui, marinated and grilled beef ribs.


The authentic feast of Korean cuisine ends with a selection of beautiful sweet treats such as hwa jeon, flower pancakes, and jeung pyun, steamed rice cakes.
