It is widely accepted that hotels can reap tremendous benefits by offering training to their employees. This summer Abidos Hotels successfully rolled out various training programs for its staff at Abidos Hotel Apartment – Al Barsha – Dubai and Abidos Hotel Apartment – Dubailand.

A series of special workshops and training sessions, designed to enhance performance and productivity of our associates, were conducted across different departments in both our properties. While often training opportunities are increasingly offered to those who already have an advantage, Abidos Hotels organized trainings for all its back of the house and frontline staff. Significant among these were reservation training, prospecting and sales training, complaint handling, communication skills, time management, basic food hygiene and safety.

Aamir stressed, “These trainings are vital and a critical component of our success. We have had a very positive feedback from our staff and are confident it will allow us to serve our clients better while maximizing our team’s productivity. It will be a continuous exercise with regular trainings planned throughout the year.”
