Scenic World has partnered with some of the Blue Mountains’ leading accommodation providers to roll out a series of exclusive Sculpture at Scenic World package deals.

Now in its eighth year, Sculpture at Scenic World will transform the ancient rainforest into an outdoor art gallery from April 13 to May 13, with more than 25 world class sculptures to be exhibited among the stunning natural environment. Accessed by the world’s steepest railway with the iconic Three Sisters as a backdrop, Sculpture at Scenic World provides the perfect excuse for a weekend escape that combines nature and art in exciting ways.

Featuring a range of thought provoking artworks, kids activities and free public programs, the 2019 exhibition caters for couples, families and art lovers, with a range of accommodation packages available.

Sculpture at Scenic World Exhibition Manager Justin Morrissey said properties were carefully selected to provide tailored options for visitors looking to escape the city for a memorable weekend getaway.

“Sculpture at Scenic World provides the perfect excuse for a weekend getaway and our accommodation packages seal the deal with generous inclusions that allow visitors to continue their Blue Mountains discovery with an overnight stay,” he said.

A number of the Blue Mountains’ most recognisable hotels, resorts and hostels are offering exclusive Sculpture at Scenic World packages, including The Carrington Hotel, Fairmont Resort & Spa, Hotel Mountain Heritage and Blue Mountains YHA. The Equeva Group is also offering exclusive package deals at six local properties, including the Metropole Guesthouse, Echo Point Village, Blue Mountains Heritage Hotel, Katoomba Town Centre Motel and more.

Priced from $98 per person for a two-night stay, visitors can marvel at epic views and world class artworks by day, and indulge in delicious cuisine by an open fire by night.

“The Blue Mountains is a hive of activity during the Autumn months, and Sculpture at Scenic World sets the tone for a unique getaway that takes in some of the finest landscapes, art and culture on offer,” Mr Morrissey said.
