“American football is ingrained in the American culture and the allegiance of fans that are expected to attend the match provides Sydney the opportunity to showcase itself as a destination for world class sporting events.”
“Accommodation providers in the Sydney Olympic Park precinct, where the opening match is being held, will also benefit from the influx of fans from across Australia and the US that will be visiting and staying in the area.”
“For those fans back home in the United States who are unable to attend the opening match in person, the broadcast of the game will allow viewers to experience the beauty and culture of Sydney from the comfort of their own home.”
