Accor has announced the appointment of Sebastien Brunel as Vice President of Procurement Asia Pacific.
Sebastien started his career with Accor as the Food & Beverage Cost Controller in 1993 and since then, has held various leadership positions at Accor offices around the world.
In 2017, Sebastien played a key role with the integration of the Raffles, Fairmont, Swissotel hotels into the Accor portfolio and most recently held the position of Senior Vice President of Procurement for the Northern and Central America region.
Based in Singapore, Sebastien will oversee the management of procurement in new markets and further optimising revenue within the Accor network of more than 1140 hotels and resorts across 21 countries in Asia Pacific.
“I am very excited to be joining Accor in the dynamic Asia Pacific region, where development and growth are so fast and I look forward to leading the procurement function to introduce new products and services to our guests,” said Sebastien. “The procurement function is increasingly important in driving value for owners and creating memorable and authentic experiences for our guests and I don’t think there is a more exciting market to be in right now than Asia Pacific.”
