Australia’s largest accommodation provider, Accor, and the National Rugby League Women (NRLW) jointly announced today that Accor have secured the title of ‘Official Accommodation Partner’ for the NRL Holden Women’s Premiership 2019.

Teams will cross the Tasman for the first time this coming weekend, and come head-to-head for an inaugural standalone fixture in Auckland, New Zealand, with the premiership season ultimately concluding with the Grand Final match on 6 October 2019, at ANZ Stadium.

Accor Chief Operating Officer Pacific, Simon McGrath, said by partnering with the NRLW in support of the NRL Holden Women’s Premiership 2019, further cements Accor’s commitment to empowering and supporting women.

“It is important to partner with corporations who support our values of diversity and inclusion. The relationships and trust that has been established with the NRLW and individual clubs right across our hotel network remain vital to our ability to deliver the optimal level of support to players and their clubs.

“By working together, our combined vision is to elevate our strong partnership to increase the representation and leadership of women in our respective industries,” concluded McGrath.

Accor delivers a first-class off-field experience to the NRLW players by enabling teams to perform at their best, and for optimum performance recovery, with a network of over 380 hotels across Australia and the Pacific region.

A wide range of Accor’s hotels are perfectly situated close to the match venues at ANZ Stadium at Sydney Olympic Park, AAMI Park in Melbourne and Mt Smart Stadium in Auckland, to suits the needs of the NRLW players, its clubs and visiting loyal fans.
