Achieving Time In Myanmar – What A Seadream

July 16, 2013 Cruise No Comments Email Email

SEADREAM Yacht Club that will make two 13-day sailings to Myanmar (Burma) with its mega motor-cruiser SeaDream II later this year, has decided to split both sailings and also offer them as alternative 6- or 7-day itineraries beginning or ending in Myanmar’s capital Yangon (formerly Rangoon.)

“The fascination with Myanmar, which is only now opening its long-closed borders to foreign tourists, has been quite extraordinary,” said SeaDream CEO, Pamela Conover. “So while keeping the original 13-day sailings that each include two nights in Yangon , we’re also now offering the shorter SeaDream II Hvar Croatiaoptions as well for those who don’t have two or more weeks of holidaying time available to them, but who really want to visit Myanmar.”

The-now 13-, 7- and 6-day voyages in November and December this year will also visit popular and lesser-known islands and ports in Malaysia or Thailand, or both.

Prices for 6-days from Yangon to Phuket begin from US$4189pp twin-share, for 7-days from Yangon to Singapore from US$4454, and for 13-days from Phuket to Singapore (this sailing including 2-nights in Yangon) from US$8044pp twin-share.

SeaDream II has just 56-staterooms for a maximum 112-guests served by 95-crew. Prices include all 5-star dining, drinks from the open bars, wines with lunch and dinner, nightly cocktail gatherings, use of a fitness centre, onboard 30-course golf simulator, power and sail water-sports where permitted, gratuities and port charges and taxes.
