Australian Travel Agents Co-operative (ATAC) has partnered with leading human resources consultancy, HRplus to provide its members with professional and fully customised HR solutions and support services for their agencies.

“As agency owners themselves, the ATAC Board are very aware of the complexities involved in managing staff and believe that providing members with access to relevant HR support is essential for long-term prosperity,” ATAC general manager, Michelle Emerton explained.

“This unique benefit will give members access to HR tools and guides, the confidence to navigate employment legislation, minimise risk of non-compliance and will save them time and money,” she said.

Resources and support will be available through the online HR Library on the ATAC intranet and directly through HRplus, an ATAC statement said yesterday.http://www.lagunaphuket.com/mice

Main point of contact for members will be HRplus founding partner and senior consultant, Jackie Gordon who has extensive experience and in-depth knowledge on the HR requirements of travel agencies.

Further information and exclusive member offers will be provided during the “Managing Your People” Workshop at the ATAC Future Focus Conference, which will be held in Singapore 2-5 November 2018.

Established more than 10 years ago, HRplus offers a full range of human resource management (HR) and employee relations advisory and support services to Australian organisations.

ATAC consists of independent travel agents who have joined forces as a buying group to offer a competitive alternative to franchise agency groups. Owned and operated by its shareholders, ATAC says it offers “exceptional potential to share in the greater rewards that are already being enjoyed by existing ATAC members” – at zero risk.
