Australian guests booked on selected local and international sailings can now bid for stateroom upgrades with RoyalUp by Royal Caribbean.
“Guests booked on eligible sailings will receive an email from us advising the stateroom upgrade options available and will be invited to submit an offer. If your client’s offer is accepted, they will be automatically charged and upgraded, guaranteeing the perfect start to their Royal Caribbean adventure,” said Jason Triebel, director of sales at RCL Cruises Ltd, Australia.
“Best of all, we take care of the upgrade arrangements whilst Travel Partners receive full commission on the upgrade amount and will be copied on all communication,” he concluded.
The program follows the successful roll out of Celebrity Cruises’ MoveUp program in Australia and New Zealand in 2018.
