On 30 June 2015, the Janus du Commerce award was presented to Air France and the Brandimage agency for the high quality, cabin décor and innovative design of the Company’s four new long-haul cabin classes.
Air France was also awarded Best Design prize for its global approach to design, aimed at offering customers a French-style art of travel combining design and French creation.
On presenting Air France with the “Janus du Commerce” award, the jury particularly appreciated the genuine increase in comfort, and the new extremely-sophisticated La Première, Business, Premium Economy and Economy cabins. The products and services available in each cabin class have been designed in collaboration with numerous designers (layout of the La Première designer suites, lie-flat seat-beds in Business and seats in Premium Economy and Economy cabins, choice of fabrics, custom-designed tableware, gourmet dining created by starred chefs, a carefully selected wine and Champagne list, a diverse and varied in-flight entertainment offer, etc.).
BEST DESIGN PRIZE
The members of the Janus jury also honoured companies promoting values of design and innovation in France and abroad. Air France received Best Design Prize.
