Air New Zealand congratulates Tourism New Zealand on the latest evolution of its 100% Pure New Zealand campaign which was launched today and will roll out in international tourism markets from July to promote travel to New Zealand.
Air New Zealand Chief Executive Officer Christopher Luxon says, “The new campaign shows potential visitors to New Zealand how easy it is to enjoy an amazing range of unique experiences set in the most beautiful scenery. The campaign’s stunning imagery emphasises the wide variety of experiences on offer, encouraging visitors to see more of New Zealand and spread the economic benefits of tourism throughout the country.
“As the official airline of Middle-earth Air New Zealand has worked together with Tourism New Zealand on Hobbit-themed marketing campaigns over the past three years with fantastic results. It’s great to see the campaign building on the tremendous legacy of the previous 100% Pure New Zealand campaigns.”
In May 2014, Air New Zealand and Tourism New Zealand signed a Memorandum of Understanding to undertake joint marketing activity promoting travel to New Zealand in the key markets of Australia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, North America, the United Kingdom and Europe as well as increased activity in emerging markets such as India and Indonesia.
