Air Tickets launches redeveloped website with industry leading features

Air Tickets is pleased to announce the successful launch of its newly redeveloped website.

The fully responsive website is designed for optimum performance across desktop, mobile and tablet devices with increased functionality including fare prices displayed inclusive of indicative taxes so the customer can be quoted the approximate price every time and is the only ticket consolidating product in Australia offering a ‘shopping’ function while viewing fares.

Specialty introduced customer solutions, connect SmartFares with the GDS to provide real time shopping options for a given fare. Award winning NYOP product now features in SmartFares giving agents the ability to create tailor made ‘NYOP Itinerary Costing’ PDFs in one simple step.1

Air Tickets has a history of being leaders in innovation in the marketplace being the first to introduce automated ‘smart products’ such as SmartTickets and SmartFares.

The new streamline website design offers a rejuvenated, clean look and feel that echoes the heightened efficiency of the website for the user.

Russell Carstensen, General Manager of Air Tickets says this is a reinforcement of the Air Tickets commitment to providing the best user experience and service for the agents using their services.

“The new site is a reinforcement of our continuing investment in future infrastructure for the benefit of the agents. This enhanced redesign is specifically crafted to drive greater efficiencies and ease of use for the agents to benefit their work practices and reduce their workload overall,” said Russell.

“It’s all about being best-in-market and giving our agents access to air tickets quickly, correctly and at the right price,” he added.

The new website will come with a roll-out of training across WebEx sessions for all agents, regular Fare Tracker EDMs to keep up to date with the latest development, as well training opportunities, helpdesk support and phone assistance.

Launched across Australia already the new site will also be deployed to New Zealand in the coming months.
