Specialty introduced customer solutions, connect SmartFares with the GDS to provide real time shopping options for a given fare. Award winning NYOP product now features in SmartFares giving agents the ability to create tailor made ‘NYOP Itinerary Costing’ PDFs in one simple step.
Air Tickets has a history of being leaders in innovation in the marketplace being the first to introduce automated ‘smart products’ such as SmartTickets and SmartFares.
The new streamline website design offers a rejuvenated, clean look and feel that echoes the heightened efficiency of the website for the user.

The new website will come with a roll-out of training across WebEx sessions for all agents, regular Fare Tracker EDMs to keep up to date with the latest development, as well training opportunities, helpdesk support and phone assistance.
Launched across Australia already the new site will also be deployed to New Zealand in the coming months.
