The legislation is in line with House passage of theAccess Control Security Improvement Act of 2015, sponsored by the Chairman and Ranking Members of the House Homeland Security Committee’s Transportation Security Subcommittee, John Katko (R-NY) and Kathleen Rice (D-NY).
