AirPlus International is now expanding its travel payment business to customers in New Zealand. The international provider of payments solutions for the day-to-day management of business travel has just commenced the pilot phase and is currently enrolling customers onto its platform.
From today, New Zealand based companies will benefit from a fully automated business travel payment solution, streamlining accounting processes and providing a deeper level of insight into their business travel data.

AirPlus International decided to open its services to customers in New Zealand following increasing demand from global customers with business interests in the region.

John Staub, Regional Sales Manager for AirPlus International, will lead the new offering.

 John comments:
“We’re very excited to be able to offer our customised business travel payment solution to travel management companies and corporate customers in New Zealand. Our extensive experience in the Australian and Asia Pacific region will provide invaluable insight for our potential customers there.

“We already know there’s demand from our existing customer base, so that combined with the fact that most travel systems in New Zealand are similar to those in Australia, means we’re ready to hit the ground running.”

This month, AirPlus International is also celebrating its 10th anniversary in Australia. With almost 30 year’s experience internationally and a strong commitment to innovation, AirPlus International is committed to delivering safe, simple and smart solutions for its clients and partners.

David Newington, Country Manager for AirPlus International in Australia comments:

“We owe the last ten years to the loyal support of our customers, partners and supporters. This year we’re introducing a new website, expanding to New Zealand and promoting our virtual payment: A.I.D.A.

“With many more services under development, we hope to bring seamless processes and payments into other spheres of our customers’ business. A centralised and easy to reconcile payments solution is definitely an added value for more than just travel and we believe other departments will benefit from it.”
