Ganesh Meridian Hotel is pleased to a announce Ajay Kumar as the new Food & Beverage Manager for the hotel. Ajay Kumar will be responsible for the day to day operations of the F&B unit, achieving revenue targets and driving strategic food and beverage promotions at the hotel.
Ajay started his career with the ITC Maurya Sheraton Hotel as an F&B associate and has had tenures with ITC Fortune Select Gurgaon with Ibis Gurgaon, Novotel Juhu Mumbai, Ibis Jaipur, Park Plaza Chandigarh to name a few.
In his last role Ajay Kumar was with Orchid Hotel Mumbai as Catering Sales & Banquet Operation Manager. Ajay comes with over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry. His drive for service excellence along with his commitment to guest engagement and passion for innovation, culminated in a steady climb up the corporate ladder to management expertise.
