Aji Bou Izakaya, Regal Riverside Hotel Celebrates the Arrival of Spring with “The Sakura Kaiseki”

櫻之會席料理Indulge in the blooming season of Sakura! Sample “The Sakura Kaiseki” menu at Aji Bou Izakaya with an array of seasonal Sakura dishes to celebrate the arrival of Spring!

Composed of tempting Sakura delicacies and other seasonal specialities, “The Sakura Kaiseki” includes the fresh Hokkaido Geoduek Clam Sashimi, which is presented into two ways, sliced and shredded, giving different tasting textures. Followed by Grilled Yellow Tail Amberjack Marinated with Sakura and Seaweed, the light and soft flesh of the fish together with seaweed match perfectly with the delicate flavour of Sakura. The Steamed Red Tilefish with Glutinous Rice and Sakura Leaf is another highlight, the seasonal Red Tilefish and the Japanese glutinous rice are lightened with the aromatic Sakura leaf, giving a harmonious combination. The crispy Red Cherry Tempura is deep-fried with light batter to a airy perfection. It is then followed with a pinkish Cold Plum Noodles, the plum-flavoured thin noodles are served cold with a refreshing dipping sauce. The set menu is also complemented with seasonal appetizers, delicate dessert and fresh fruit, priced at $368 only (minimum 2 persons), available from 14 March until 30 April 2016.

To satisfy your taste buds at midnight, late night menus are now available at 5 restaurants and bars in Regal Riverside Hotel including Aji Bou Izakaya. The opening hours are now extended till 12 midnight on Sunday through Thursday and to 1 am on Friday and Saturday. Let’s get together with friends for a night of fun!
