ALTO has created a generous three-course menu sure to impress. Starters begin with a choice of a Poached Egg paired with Parma ham, bitter greens and exquisite black truffle vinaigrette, Seared Scallops with parsnips and capers or a heart-warming Roasted Squash Soup with creamy sage brown butter.
With four hearty mains to choose from, guests will leave full and happy. First, there is a more traditional Roasted Turkey Breast, paired with sweet potato, French beans and cranberries. Another meaty main course choice is the USDA Beef Tenderloin, one of ALTO’s best-of grill dishes, with buttered whipped potato and asparagus. Turning to the seas, the Pan Roasted Cod features a side of flavourful clam chowder with cheddar and bacon croquettes. For the vegetarians and pasta-loving family members, there’s a delicate and creamy Black Truffle Pappardelle with mixed mushrooms and asparagus.
For a sweet finish to Christmas dinner the freshly baked warm Apple Crumble comes straight from the oven and is served with a cinnamon ice cream. Optionally, a seasonal Cranberry Walnut Tart or a Pumpkin Cheesecake topped with Chantilly cream to finish off the festive dinner.
