Premier Traveler’s Best of 2015 Reader Survey Awards saw American Airlines win a triple crown of awards, including Best Transcontinental Airline, Best North American Airline for First Class Service and Best Airline to South America.
In the Global Traveler GT Tested Reader Survey Awards, American Airlines beat the competition to take top place for Best Airport Lounges, reflective of the airline’s commitment to excellent customer service from the airport to the destination.
Alongside American Airlines’ wins, oneworld, the airline’s industry partner and global alliance, scooped two prestigious Best Airline Alliance awards. These comprised of being named number one by the readers of Global Travel for the sixth consecutive year and readers of Premier Traveler for the third consecutive year respectively.
