Customers in Atlanta and Los Angeles will soon have new travel options between their cities when American Airlines launches nonstop service between Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) on March 5, 2015. Customers may begin booking travel on these flights on Sunday, Oct. 12.

These new routes will further expand American’s network from its Los Angeles hub, an important gateway for both domestic and international travel. With the new Los Angeles service, Atlantacustomers will have direct access to eight of American’s hubs – Charlotte, Chicago O’Hare, Dallas/Fort Worth, Los Angeles, Miami, New York LaGuardia, Philadelphia and Phoenix.

American’s customers at LAX can enjoy Flagship® Check-In service, breeze through airport security with TSA PreCheck  and head to American’s Admirals Club® and Flagship Lounge in Terminal 4 for personalized service and exceptional amenities before their flights.

American and Cadillac also recently launched a luxury airport transfer program at LAX for select ConciergeKey members with tight transfer times. The program escorts these customers to their next gate of departure in a Cadillac CTS, SRX or Escalade. By the end of this year, American plans to roll out this program at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and New York’s LaGuardia Airport and John F. Kennedy International Airport, pending local approvals.
