Australians are the number one visitor to Yosemite National Park based in California.  A Yosemite National Park representative will be in Australia to promote to Australians, America’s prized jewel and the opening of the largest grove of sequoias in the world, Mariposa Grove. 

One of the key highlights of the Mariposa Grove is Yosemite’s famous Grizzly Giant is best estimated to be 1,800 years old plus or minus a few centuries.

Yosemite National Park is not just a great valley, but a shrine to human foresight, the strength of granite, the power of glaciers, the persistence of life, and the tranquility of the High Sierra.
