Italian chef Omar Ugoletti will prepare a specially curated four-course pumpkin menu starting with pumpkin soup, truffle and roasted shrimp, homemade pumpkin gnocchi with passion fruit, razor clams, bottarga, and celery. For the main course, braised Australian beef cheek, foam of pumpkin, spinach and eggplant will be served. Sweetness of pumpkin will serve as a nightcap.
