Celestial Court Chinese Restaurant proudly presents the “An Ode to Wild Mushrooms” menu this summer, taking the summer mushroom delight to another level by presenting a rare variety of creative dishes.

1Guests will enjoy the exquisite tasting menu and a la carte dishes prepared by award-wining Chef Chan Sui-Kei and ready to surprise with an extensive array of freshly plucked wild mushrooms on the plate.

Chef Chan will showcase his culinary skills with his signature “An Ode to Wild Mushrooms” Superior Degustation Menu, featuring dishes such as the savoury Wild Mushroom Quintet with freshly grilled Matsutake, Termite Mushrooms, Catathelasma Mushrooms, White Porcini Mushrooms on sea salt; the heavenly delight Fresh Wild Mushrooms Soup with French Pigeon, with 9 different varieties of luxurious wild mushrooms; seafood lovers must try freshness delights featuring Pan-fried US jumbo Scallops with Morel Mushrooms and Steamed Garoupa topped with Wood Ear Fungus and Yun-Chuan Ham, showcasing its distinctive flavours and aroma; for precious and delicious gourmet pleasure, feast over Sautéed Ganbajun Mushrooms with Egg on Crispy Rice Toasts for a one-of-a-kind crunchy texture. Last but not least, highlights of the evening would be chef’s signature dish – the Braised Duck with Sarcodon Aspratus Mushrooms and Double-boiled White Porcini Mushrooms and Pigeon Egg.
