Anantara Chiang Mai Launches ‘Cocina Peruana’ – Chiang Mai’s First and Only ‘Peruvian Kitchen’ Menu at The Restaurant

Proudly launching Chiang Mai’s first and only Peruvian menu, Anantara Chiang Mai Resort’s Executive Chef Patricio Basombrio Cadano recently launched the exciting new ‘Cocina Peruana’ menu, that translates as ‘Peruvian Kitchen’ – evoking sentiments of original home cooking, enjoyed in a convivial atmosphere.

Chef Patricio is blending his passion for native Peruvian cuisine with Michelin Star restaurant experience to impress guests. Anantara Chiang Mai Resort invites both in-house and outside guests to discover his impressive culinary repertoire. Adding to The Restaurant’s menu of gourmet international grill cuisine and authentic Indian specialties, Chef Patricio’s new ‘Cocina Peruana’ menu will present an exclusive range of authentic Peruvian recipes, enhanced by creative modern presentations. Guests can savour his artful Latin creations daily for lunch and dinner from now onwards, either in the elegant dining room, or outside on the peaceful riverside terrace.

Elevating the diversity of Anantara Chiang Mai’s more exclusive dining experiences, Chef Patricio will also be hosting one-of-a-kind Peruvian dining events at the Anantara Serviced Suites rooftop pool deck in the future. This superb al fresco venue reveals panoramic views of the leafy city surrounds and dramatic mountain backdrop – providing an incomparable setting for private luncheons, and glorious sunset cocktails leading into dinner under the stars.

Executive Chef Patricio Basombrio Cadano’s exclusive new ‘Cocina Peruana’ menu will be available daily at The Restaurant from now onwards for lunch from 12:00 noon – 3:00 pm and for dinner from 6:30 pm – 10:30 pm.
