Anantara Vacation Club Launches New Mobile App

Anantara Vacation Club, Asia’s leading shared ownership concept for discerning travelers, is consistently seeking to enhance its customer service offerings for owners and guests.  Following extensive upgrades to its Club Owner website, as well as the addition of webinars, multi-language call centers and offices in top destinations, Anantara Vacation Club has launched a full-service mobile app, available for download at iTunes for iPhone or Google Play for Android 4.2 and up.  This innovative new service will offer an array of direct benefits for both existing and prospective Club Owners, wherever their journeys take them.

Providing convenience for Club Owners, comprehensive ownership privileges are integrated within the Club Owner database, which provides secure access.  The mobile app allows Club Owners to view special offers, news and resort information, as well as make online reservations and write reviews about recent stays.  Club Owners can also view and change their profile information and review their past stay history using individual log-in credentials.  The standard website and mobile app both have a centralized CMS system, which allows content to be updated simultaneously.

In addition, the mobile app offers a fresh way to connect with prospective Club Owners, who are not required to log-in in order to browse resort information and destination lists.  Non-owners who register on the app will also receive the latest special offers and contact details for further information about Anantara Vacation Club and its properties.

The launch of this innovative app follows a host of extensive customer service improvements by Anantara Vacation Club.  For instance, in direct response to Club Owners’ feedback, a new website was launched just over a year ago to provide new information and innovative trip planning assistance, as well as easier navigation, enhanced functionality and interactive user-friendly features, alongside more attractive visuals, better security and new social media platforms.  Club Owner Webinars offer tips and news for enhanced ways to use ownership benefits.
