Conceived as the culinary hub of the hotel, Alley on 25 is Andaz Singapore’s all-day dining venue, which aims to recreate the fluid and spontaneous experience of Singapore street dining — in the sky. Alley on 25 consists of seven individual shophouse-inspired venues — one bar, one lounge and five restaurants — each specialising in a particular style of preparation to cater to those seeking distinctive and innovative dining experiences.

Deeply rooted in the community, all its restaurants and bars follow a strong market-to-table philosophy, using fresh, high-quality ingredients that are organic, seasonal and locally or regionally sourced wherever possible. Outlets adopt a barrier-free approach, encouraging direct dialogue between associates and guests, providing diners with front-row seats to theatrical culinary performances and inviting them to take part in the experience. To provide affordable, value-driven options for the office crowd, Alley on 25 will serve set lunches that include appetisers and main dishes for S$25*, as well as happy hour promotions offering guests select wines and cocktails at S$12*.

This festive season, celebrate Christmas and usher in the new year from up high with Andaz Singapore’s specially crafted menus, feasts and celebrations at Alley on 25 and Mr Stork. On the eve of Christmas, Christmas Day and New Year, guests can feast and make merry at a buffet from the various shophouses, with festive highlights such as Sustainable Seafood Stew, Boston Lobster Soft Roll, Alaskan King Crab Leg, Stir-fried Black Angus Beef, Boneless Marinated Short Rib and Hokkaido Scallops. The buffet will be served alongside a fresh seafood bar providing varieties such as oysters, boston lobsters, tiger prawns and unlimited Champagne, wines and beer. Be entertained in style as Alley on 25 fills up with live tunes from a roving acapella group, as guests take in the alleyway experience.

On New Year’s Day, enjoy a unique “Hangover Breakfast” at Alley on 25; it’s an extended breakfast spread with healthy options, allowing guests to start the year right sans the feasting guilt. Highlights include Egg Cocotte, Toasted Ham Jaffle and 3 Egg Omelette. The hangover breakfast is priced at $35* and guests may opt to top up $38* for the liquid buffet where they can enjoy unlimited glasses of Champagne and Bloody Mary served tableside.
