Chef Stefano Baiocco, executive chef of Villa Feltrinelli on Lake Garda, Italy, visits Angelini between 31 October and 5 November 2017 to once again present guests with the quintessential taste of this Michelin two-starred restaurant.http://www.stevecafeandcuisine.com/

Having amazed diners with his signature delicacies and artistic presentation on his previous visit, Chef Baiocco is back with new delights which reflect his culinary credo – “cookery means little unless we have someone to share our feelings with”.  Foodies and taste seekers alike will be impressed with his creations that please not only the palate, but also other senses.

A protégé of some of the world’s finest chefs, Chef Stefano nurtured his culinary flair and refined his talent at Michelin-starred establishments from around the world.  Prior to working at Michelin two-starred Villa Feltrinelli, he was the sous chef of the Michelin two-starred Rossellinis in Italy.  Chef Stefano also worked in Spain, alongside Joan Roca at the Michelin three-starred El Celler de Can Roca, Andoni Luis Aduriz at the Michelin two-starred Mugaritz and Ferran Adrià at the Michelin three-starred elBulli.

Before moving to Spain, Chef Stefano worked in Japan with Seiji Yamamoto at the Michelin three-starred Ryugin and with Yoshihiro Murata at the Michelin three-starred Kikunoi.  He gained ample culinary knowledge in Paris by working with the great master chefs – Pierre Gagnaire and Alain Ducasse – at their respective Michelin               three-starred restaurants.  Chef Stefano began his culinary career at the Michelin three-starred Enoteca Pinchiorri in Florence, Italy, upon graduating at Instituto Alberghiero A. Panzini, a hotel-management school in his hometown.

Chef Baiocco is dedicated to using the freshest and most delicate ingredients for which northern Italy is well known.  Lending each dish his own touch of imagination, he is passionate about creating concoctions with distinctive flavours.  During his six-day sojourn at Angelini, he will offer Hong Kong diners three-, four- and five-course lunch menus and four-, five- and six-course dinner menus co-created with Angelini Head Chef Alessandro Angelini.  Please refer to the appendix for the menus.  Kindly note that only the dinner menus will not be available on 5 November 2017.

The three-course lunch menu is priced at only HK$418 per person, the four-course lunch menu at just HK$518 per person and the five-course lunch menu is at HK$618 per person.  Wine-pairing options of three to five glasses are also available.

Meanwhile, the four-course dinner menu is priced at HK$1,080 per person, the five-course dinner menu at just HK$1,180 per person and the six-course dinner menu at HK$1,280 per person.  Wine-pairing options of four to six glasses are also available.
