With the launch of the new iPad Air 2, Apple chose the Canadian Rocky Mountain province of Alberta as the perfect landscape to best show off the iPad’s new camera capabilities.

With its pristine turquoise lakes and enchanting Canadian Rocky Mountain vistas, Alberta proved to be the perfect location for Apple to exhibit its iPad cameras’ aptitude for capturing clear, detailed photographs.

“Apple is ranked as one of the world’s most valuable brands in the world and we are delighted that Alberta was included as one of the destinations to demonstrate the new iPad,” says Lizzie Doyle, Marketing Development Director, Travel Alberta Australia.

“The breathtaking beauty of Alberta’s Rocky Mountains has struck a chord with consumers all over the world and Apple is cleverly taking advantage of our stunning natural wilderness and endless photo opportunities.”

Almost 60,000 Australians visit the province each year, inspired by Alberta’s outdoor summer and winter experiences and remarkable natural formations, such as ancient glaciers, crystal blue lakes, waterfalls and canyons.
