The buzz surrounding APT’s 90th Celebration Sale is escalating over the next fortnight with the luxury cruise and tour operator once again a major sponsor of Channel 7’s broadcast of the Australian Open tennis tournament.
Australian tennis great John Fitzgerald is featuring in a daily APT Unforgettable Moments segment, which also highlights a great moment from the previous day or night’s play, and APT is mentioned as the exclusive brand behind Channel 7’s “Spidercam” aerial camera.
These in-show activities are supported by a program of attention grabbing APT television commercials featuring great Celebration Sale deals on a suite of destinations.
APT Executive General Manager Global Marketing & Sales Debra Fox said this year’s broadcast sponsorship would build on the proven success of previous years, driving inquiry to agents at a time of year when Australians were making decisions about their travel plans.
