Aqua Expeditions has announced a new Agent Portal, along with an online check-insystem that will ensure agents a user-friendly experience from the initial booking stages to checking clients in before their departure. The Agent Portal allows agents to check cruise availability, make a courtesy hold for up to 7 days as well as the option to reserve multiple cabins at the same time. Once agents have created an account, the service will be available 24/7 giving international agents much more flexibility, as well as providing a log of all bookings, reservations and enquiries made.

In addition, the Agent Portal will be stocked with marketing materials to help agents sell Aqua Expeditions Cruises as well as webinars, deck plans and itinerary information to ensure agents have the most up-to-date information all available in one place.

Alongside the Agent Portal, Aqua Expeditions has also unveiled its new online-check in and booking system, available to both agents and consumers.

Guests and agents will be able to check-in online at their own convenience, in 5 simple steps and will receive their cruise tickets electronically upon completion.

Guests are advised to check-in at least 30 days before departure to ensure all special requests can be met. Guests booking through the online system will receive a $50 spa credit voucher for each passenger.

Aqua Expeditions’ new digital platforms ensure a seamless booking process for agents and consumers alike, allowing them to use the platforms at their own convenience 24/7.
