It is estimated to achieve an overall occupancy rate of 89% in the first quarter of 2019, with an increase of 4% in room nights compared to the same period last year.

In addition to the spacious one, two- and three-bedroom apartments that overlook the scenic Palm Jumeirah, the property underwent an expansion through 2017 and 2018, adding multi-bedroom units and common spaces, increasing its lodging capacity from 167 to 242 rooms.
