Aurora Expeditions Offers Travel Agents Up to 40% Commission on 2016/17 Antarctica

Agents can earn between 30% and 40% commission on selected 2016-17 Antarctic expeditions when they make bookings before by 13 October 2016.

Photographer’s First Light to Antarctica & South Georgia will offer exclusive photography workshops with a team of experienced polar photographers, including 2015 Arctic Photographer of the Year, Joshua Holko. Also on board will be a team from Canon Collective, offering clients the chance to trial some of the camera brand’s latest equipment. The expedition departs Santiago, Chile on 19 November and returns to Punta Arenas, Chile on 6 December 2016 and starts from US$14,300 per person.

Weddell Sea & Antarctic Explorer offers the chance to visit both sides of the Antarctic Peninsula and enjoy the dramatic tabular icebergs and landscapes of the wild west coast, as well as enjoying the classic Antarctic experience along the east side of the peninsula. The expedition departs Punta Arenas, Chile on 7 February and returns to Ushuaia, Argentina on 18 February 2017 and starts from US$8,725 per person.


In Shackleton’s Footsteps is the final voyage in the series of special Shackleton Centenary expeditions, following Shackleton’s infamous expedition route from Antarctica to South Georgia.  A series of on-board celebrations, history talks and special events will make this one very special expedition. The expedition departs Ushuaia, Argentina on 8 March and returns to Santiago, Chile on 25 March 2017 and starts from US$14,300 per person.

All Antarctica expeditions include accommodation on board ice-strengthened Polar Pioneer, meals and snacks, lectures and talks by Aurora’s team of naturalists, historians and polar specialists, daily shore landings and Zodiac excursions, and a polar expedition jacket to keep.
