AAT Kings (www.aatkings.com/aussie) has released its value packed Aussie Adventures 2015/16 brochure featuring 12 affordable, easy going, small group adventures.

Aussie Adventures

The brochure is the first to showcase all of Aussie Adventures’ Australia-wide tours in one place, including one to four day holidays in Uluru, Alice Springs, Sydney, Cairns, Kangaroo Island, Darwin and Kakadu.

Aussie Adventures allows guests to actively explore the great outdoors, take in some of Australia’s most rugged and beautiful places, meet with locals, try local tucker and see all the key sights at great value-for-money prices.

Anthony Hayes, AAT Kings Managing Director said: “Aussie Adventures is for people who want truly amazing experiences but aren’t too worried about staying in the most luxurious accommodation. Our goal is to create a touring option that provides real value for money without skimping on the highlights of travelling in Australia. Our guests get all the benefits of travelling with one of our passionate Driver Guides who will keep them entertained and learning with stories and insights. And if any of their stories ever seem a little too far-fetched (drop bears, bunyips, yowies!) guests can google it as all our vehicles are fitted with charging points and free WiFi.

“Our guests love the social aspect of travelling with a small group of around 20 fun and friendly travellers from Australia and around the world. We’ve found the adventures appeal to a very broad range of demographics, so sitting down to included meals with new friends is always a highlight,” said Hayes.

Popular Aussie Adventures include:

  • Four day Ultimate Top End Escape priced from $1095 per adult and $876 per child. Trip highlights include a cruise on the Mary River Wetlands, Kakadu National Park, Mataranka Hot Springs and canoeing in Katherine Gorge.
  • One day Daintree Dreamtime Adventure priced from $187 per adult and $122 per child. The day trip explores the Daintree and Port Douglas with a local Indigenous guide on the Ngadiku Aboriginal Dreamtime Gorge Walk, a traditional ‘smoking ceremony’ and bush skills demonstration as well as a cruise on the Daintree River.
  • Two day Kangaroo Island Escape priced from $439 per adult (dormitory) or $455 (private) and $395 per child. Highlights include a sand board ride, sea lions at Sea Bay, sheep shearing demonstration and a visit to a eucalyptus distillery.
