- Across Australia, Sydneysiders recorded the highest number (37%) of travellers visiting Istanbul in April this year and also saw a 73% increase when compared to the same period in 2014
- Melburnians recorded the second-highest number of travellers (23%) to Istanbul in April 2015
- The number of travellers from Perth looking to visit Istanbul in April 2015 more than doubled from the same period last year
