Avoya University also includes a robust program for Independent Agencies new to the Avoya Travel Network. This new series demonstrates different aspects of Agent Power and provides suggested best practices delivered in an interactive format with optional one-on-one sessions. Avoya University has already proven very effective. In a test group, Independent Agencies new to the Avoya Travel Network that chose to participate in the Avoya University program achieved higher sales compared to those agencies joining the Network before Avoya University was launched.
