Ayana Rolls Out the Red Carpet for French Wine Enthusiasts At an Elegant Dinner Beneath the Stars

Showcasing three stunning venues in one exceptional evening on Friday, 26 May, AYANA’s international culinary team welcomes in-house guests and island residents to experience a five-course dinner paired with a comprehensive selection of France’s award-winning varietals.

Starting at 6pm, during AYANA’s magical sunset hour, guests will gather for an al fresco Champagne reception at H20. Located at the picturesque River Pool, team members will welcome each person with a glass of bubbly, paired with a savory menu of cosmopolitan light bites.

After sunset, AYANA’s enchanting Asmara Gazebo invites guests to an expansive cliff-top lawn overlooking the Indian Ocean. Amid flickering candlelight and starry skies, guests will dine on five sumptuous courses, each paired with exquisite wines from the Lavau winery, thoughtfully selected by the chef to complement each dish.

Utilizing the very best of Bali’s locally sourced ingredients, as well as premium imports from around the world, signature specialties include Foie Gras and Mango, Duet of European Blue Lobster and Grilled Kiwami Beef.

The evening culminates with a relaxing digestif beside the sea at Rock Bar BALI until 11pm, where guests can contemplate Jimbaran’s breathtaking natural beauty at AYANA’s award-winning cocktail and international DJ destination.
