Ayu, Truly One Of A Kind – Takumi

This March, Takumi Japanese Restaurant is introducing a very rare kind of fish that is native to the Palearctic ecozone. Widely known as “Ayu” is so distinctive because of its sweetfish flesh and for its melon and cucumber aromas.
